Adam is a native Houstonian and seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for innovation and business-driven solutions. In 2014, he founded Raffle Parking, transforming a simple idea sketched on paper into a forward-thinking, full-service parking management company. Before launching Raffle Parking, he spent nine years at Hines, where he gained invaluable insight and operational experience. With deep local roots and a strong business foundation, he continues to drive impactful change in Houston’s urban landscape.
Andrew McKinney

Andrew brings expertise in commercial property management, with a proven track record in overseeing operational functions for large-scale properties. Most recently, he served as a Managing Director at Parkway, where he was responsible for key operational initiatives across multiple commercial assets. His experience spans lease administration, construction management, and strategic planning. Prior to his tenure at Parkway, he held the role of Vice President of Property Operations at Houston-based Midway.

Jerry is an experienced operations leader with over 25 years in the parking management industry. Currently the Director of Operations at Raffle Parking Company, LLC, Jerry oversees day-to-day operations across a portfolio of properties.
Previously, he spent over 20 years with WinPark as an Area Operations Manager, and held leadership roles with Hines and Central Parking System. Known for operational efficiency, strong team leadership, and a commitment to service excellence.

Mobile “Scan to Park” Management: Using ParkMobile, we enable revenue generation from parking stalls without any capital improvements—just signage installation, rate setup, and the location is ready to go.
Consulting: We offer tailored, one-off consulting projects such as market analysis, revenue and operating expense modeling, operations assessments, and parking asset management. While we do these less frequently than in the past, it remains a service vertical available based on client needs.
Facility Maintenance: Offered as part of our full-service garage management, this includes cleaning, painting, equipment maintenance, striping, and other essential upkeep services to ensure optimal facility operation and appearance.
Facility Marketing: We drive revenue through targeted pay-per-click (PPC) and social media ads, social and video content, email campaigns, Google Business optimization, and custom garage websites. We also create seasonal promotions to maximize parking opportunities.
Building & Elevator Access Control: We manage access credentials to regulate who can enter specific areas within office buildings, including tenant suites and restricted floors—ensuring secure and controlled access at all times.

Event parking is a key revenue driver at Raffle-managed locations in downtown Houston, supporting major venues like Toyota Center and Daikin Park, as well as large-scale events such as the Chevron Marathon and Pride Festival. We manage end-to-end operations—including staffing, marketing, rate strategy, revenue collection, and post-event analysis. Our in-house design team creates custom signage for clear wayfinding and a professional appearance. Raffle delivers seamless execution with a focus on guest experience and financial performance.
